    Marks Travel ruined our honeymoon. The owner herself booked our trip. We asked for a non-stop flight and she booked a flight with a connection. While we were at the airport waiting for our flight we realized that she had booked our hotel reservations for the wrong year and we did not have reservations. We contacted her and she said that she took care of it and that our reservations were corrected, but we got to Jamaica and we did not have any reservations and had to pay for a hotel room that night. Best of all she was aware of all of this and when we returned home we never received a phone call, letter, email or anything apologizing for her error. At the very least when you make a mistake you should apologize!

    No problems with this flat fee listing service at all. Highly recommend using this agency if considering a flat fee service. Great communication through the whole experience. This was my 1st home sale and was skeptical, but have no regrets and will definitely use again in the future. Big thanks to Colleen and the whole Berg team.

    I tried this organization to search for a place in oak Park, Il they kept leading me back to apartments on Austin Ave, the border with Chicago's Westside. Which if I originally wanted to be on the border I would have just looked for apartments in Chicago. I found better apartments on Apartment dotcom in Oak Park, IL within reasonable areas and in my price range. I recommended doing it yourself before trying to get help here. Oh, and the constant "requests" spam I received wanting updates about my residence after not helping me find a place was annoying.
